The toboggan is one of the oldest winter sports devices in the Alps – and remains an absolute classic to this day! In addition, zooming down into the valleys on specially created paths is hearty fun for young and old. Many routes are actually illuminated in the evening, so you can also enjoy romantic sledding with torches or in the moonlight. Such rapid runs on the natural toboggan run are therefore guaranteed to provide the perfect family fun.

Bramberg/Wildkogel:

The Wildkogelbahn cable car takes you up to one of the longest toboggan runs in the world.

After a short walk and a magnificent panoramic view of the many three-thousand-metre peaks of the Hohe Tauern and the ‘highest Salzburg mountain’, the Großvenediger (3,674 m), you can set off on the toboggan run! On a family-friendly 14-kilometre track, tobogganers descend an incredible 1,300 metres down to Bramberg. The return journey to the valley station in Neukirchen is possible with the free ski bus.
